Discussion of the RK President N.A. Nazarbayev`s about the redistribution of powers between branches of government

On January 26, 2017 at Abai KazNPU took place extended round table among the scientists of the university on theme " Message of the President of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev about the redistribution of powers between branches of government".
In the discussion participated First Vice-rector M.Y. Yermaganbetov, Vice-rector for educational work Zh.E. Ishpekbayev, directors of institutes and academic staff.
Round Table was opened by First Vice- rector M.Y. Yermaganbetov and he pointed to the main goals of the message. During the round table the head of the Chair of Criminal Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Bakhytzhan Toleubekova , head of the Chai of International Law, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor Zhomart Simtikov, professor of international relations, doctor of historical sciences Evgeniy Kuznetsov E, head of the Chair of international relations doctor of law, professor Aynur Sabitova, professor of the Chair political sciences and socio-philosophical disciplines Daurenbek Kusaiynov, Rashid Seitov- chairman Committee for youth Affairs expressed views on criminal- law, political, economic and social aspects of the proposed reform and democratization of the political system of the country.
Summing up, Professor M.Y. Yermaganbetov expressed the hope, that the head of state proposed a redistribution of powers between branches of government will give a boost to the country`s development and democratization.
