Youth League Kokpar game

         Like every nation, Kazakhs have a lot of national games, one of which is Kokpar, a feature is the formation of young endurance, patriotism, agility, determination, perseverance and confidence.
            With the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Youth Sports League for the Kokpar National Game, for the promotion of national values, the formation of Kokpar as a national brand and distribution to the whole world, on 2 April , 2017 for the first time among the universities of Almaty, in the hippodrome of the village of Panfilov of Talgar District was organized Youth League Kokpar game. In this competition, with the national team of our university were teams from al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Kazakh National Agrarian University, Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism, Almaty University of Energy and Communications.
         Event was opened by the president of the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism, a member of the international student federation of sports FISU / International university sports federation /- Kairat Zakiryanov and wished success .
           In a match of three circles, the teams tortured their luck and caused the fans to worry.
           More than 150 fans came to support our team. By the results of game team of Abai KazNPU took honorable 2nd place.
Sponsor of the competition, chairman of the "Youth Sports League for the national game Kokpar" Daniyar Daukei presented to the winners with valuable prizes and said that such competitions will be held traditionally.
