Explanatory work was carried out for university students in connection with emergency situations

On February 6, 2024, specialists of the Department of emergency situations organized by the Department of educational, social work and youth policy conducted explanatory work for university students in connection with emergencies.

The event was attended by Chief rescuer of the state institution "Republican operational rescue squad of the emergency situations committee of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" Pak Vadim and chief rescuer of the state institution "Republican operational rescue squad of the emergency situations committee of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" Dyusebayev Beisengali, senior engineer of the Emergency Response Department of the Department of Emergency Situations of Almaty Nurymbetov Dana.

The purpose of this event was to familiarize students with the rules of fire safety, first aid and earthquake hazards and the order of action in educational buildings and dormitories, to form the skills of correct actions and preventive actions.

At the same time, it was noted that it is not known when the earthquake will occur, so it is necessary to constantly go on alert. "How to get rid of the threat to themselves in cases of emergency situations? What measures should be taken?"the questions were answered. They explained the procedure for students to enter the open field in general and worked out in practice.
