A scientific and educational meeting on the topic "Artificial intelligence: application in the field of education" was organized

On December 6, 2024, a scientific and educational meeting on the topic "Artificial Intelligence: Applications in the Field of Education" was held as part of the "Kladyez` Reuma" project, organized by the "Hakim Abay" National Educational Center and the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics, and Informatics.

The speaker of the meeting was Nurzhan Abdirazakov, a senior lecturer at IUTH University, an international scholarship holder of the "Bolashak" program, a graduate of the University of Surrey in the UK, and a PhD student at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University.

The event aimed to present the capabilities of artificial intelligence and its potential in the field of education, including applications for automating the learning process, personalizing education, and developing management systems. The event was attended by faculty members from the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics, and Informatics, as well as more than 50 students from the faculty.

During the meeting, students received valuable information about the role and opportunities of artificial intelligence in education and asked questions that interested them. They shared their perspectives, posed intriguing questions, and discussed the impact of modern technologies on the educational sector. This provided them with the opportunity to gain new ideas and perspectives.

At the end of the event, the head of the "Hakim Abay" National Educational Center, Janar Jaiymakhanova, expressed gratitude to the guest speaker Nurzhan Abdirazakov for dedicating time to give a lecture. She presented him with a letter of appreciation from the chairman of the board-rector and a commemorative gift.
