The «Psycho Express» event was held at ALT University 

On December 5, 2025, as part of the project of the Coordinating Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Safe Environment», a psychological express consultation event «Psycho Express» was held at the ALT University named after M. Tynyshpayev.

The event was attended by psychologists of the Psychological Support Service of KazNPU named after Abai Aliya Musanova and Assel Zhusupekov. During the event, psychologists conducted express consultations for students and staff of ALT University. Participants had the opportunity to discuss their concerns and problems with specialists, receive practical recommendations, and master techniques aimed at strengthening psychological health and personal growth.

The project «Psycho Express ALT» was focused on improving the psycho-emotional state of the participants, developing self-regulation skills, strengthening internal resources and overcoming socio-emotional difficulties. The event was attended by more than 80 students and staff.
