When it comes to language, these phrases involuntarily come to mind. Undoubtedly, these words will have a special meaning for young people who entered Abai KazNPU this year, became students and want to study foreign languages. On September 13, 2021, freshmen of the Department of Oriental Philology and Translation of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education, specializing in the study of Arabic and English, held a festive event dedicated to the Day of Language.

The event, organized by the group`s curator Raya Orazova, showcased the talents, abilities and enthusiasm of the current freshmen. The teachers were also pleased with the first event of the first year of our department. Everyone was grateful to the new students who were able to demonstrate the skills of singing, visual reading, analysis of language legislation and much more. In general, the respect of young people who speak several languages for their native language and the Kazakh language was obvious.
