Educational event "Kitap - sarkylmas bailyk"

On March 30, 2023 the Department of Oriental Philology and Translation of Abay Institute of Philology of KazNPU held an educational event "Kitap - sarkylmas bailyk", dedicated to the project "New Humanitarian Knowledge. 100 new textbooks in the Kazakh language". Second-year students of the specialty "Translation studies" were involved.

A.Z.Mukhitov, teacher of the department, presented general information about the "Rukhani Zhangyru" program and more detailed information about the "New Humanitarian Knowledge. 100 new textbooks in Kazakh language". Then the students prepared their presentations on the books, which are available at 100kitap.kz. The event was attended by the Head of the Department N.N.Konkabaeva and Associate Professor E.Z.Esbosynov.

This educational hour was very important for students of the specialty, as it showed the importance of their future profession in today`s world. And, probably, in the future they will translate foreign publications in the Kazakh language, which will help to develop both our youth and the whole country.
