Department of analysis and assessment of the quality of education is a structural subdivision of the Kazakh Abai National Pedagogical University.

Activity area of the subdivision:
- Preventing training and turn-out of specialists that do not meet the requirements of educational standards approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, standard and working training plans and International Standard ISO 9001: 2015;
- Monitoring and assessment of processes and process results of the university quality management system;
- Planning and conducting internal audit in the departments of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University;
- Controlling the implementation of corrective and preventive actions in the quality management system (QMS);

- Consulting university staff on quality management issues;
- Increasing the level of awareness and competence of university staff in quality management;
- Controlling and organizing the conduction of rating system for assessing the activities of academic staff, academic and research units and administrative and management structures of the University;
- Conducting and analyzing sociological research to develop and implement activities aimed at improving the quality of educational services, as well as creating favorable social and psychological conditions in the University.
