Dear colleagues and students!

I congratulate you on the Day of the Republic, a special holiday for every citizen of the sovereign Kazakhstan!

This year, the Day of the Republic, as a symbol of the historical step of the country on the way to creating a separate state, after a break, is again celebrated as a state holiday.

Independence has put an infinite burden of responsibility on us on a national, regional and global scale. The people of Kazakhstan have stood the test of time with their unity and hard work. May our country`s banner be exalted and its future prosperous in such an important historic occasion.

Preserving and strengthening unity and harmony is not an easy job. It requires wisdom and tact, foresight and mutual respect of all citizens of our country.
