Open Day «Special pedagogy -a special branch of pedagogy»

On December 8, 2023, the department of special pedagogy of the institute of pedagogy and psychology held an open Day on the topic «Special Pedagogy - a special branch of pedagogy» live via the ZOOM platform. The event was attended by applicants, teachers, heads of schools and colleges from different regions of Kazakhstan. The number of all participants was 97 people.

The action was opened with welcoming words by the head of the Department of Special Pedagogy A.N.Autaeva and acquainted the participants with the achievements of the university, the features of educational programs. Speaking during the event, a member of the department responsible for career guidance D.Baydosova and other teaching staff explained that Special Pedagogy is a special field of pedagogy that requires not only deep knowledge, but also kindness, humanity and responsibility, and also gave advice to graduates on how to choose the right future profession.

The event was actively attended by students of the 1-3 courses of the EP «Special Pedagogy», who shared information about the specialties with the participants. At the end of the open day, answers to the questions of interest to the participants were given, feedback was provided.
