The main purposes of the Office are: - assistance in employment, professional qualification and social promotion of graduates of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology; creating conditions for their personal and professional growth; - implementation of measures to improve all types of professional practice of students, ensuring effective interaction and coordination of the activities of the structural units of the Institute for the transformation and development of professional practice of students, strengthening social and business.
The tasks of the Office are: - study of supply and demand available on the market of psychological and pedagogical labor, providing this information to graduates of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology; - conducting research on the promotion of graduates in the labor market in order to identify ways to further improve educational programs for training psychological and pedagogical personnel, improve the quality of professional practice; - strengthening and development of contractual and partnership relations with subjects of the field of educational activity in matters of internship and employment of graduates of the Institute; - planning, organization and control of educational and methodological work at the Institute for the practice of students of all specialties and areas of training.
Office functions: - development of the necessary documents regulating the organization and conduct of practice; - advising students, graduates: on the conditions for choosing a profession, directions of professional activity, in matters of career planning, professional relationships and personal growth, drawing up a professional resume and other documents; - familiarization of students with the content of educational programs of additional education, reference materials on vacancies available at enterprises, posting information about the activities of the Office on the university website; - preparation of plans and schedules for the practice; assistance in concluding agreements and memorandums of cooperation with enterprises and educational organizations in order to conduct professional practices of students and employment opportunities for graduates, distribution of student interns to practice bases, preparation of official documents for orders to send students to professional practice; - coordination of the activities of the practitioners of practice, monitoring the conduct and documentation and methodological support of all types of practices, analysis of the results of practice based on the reports of the methodologists; - monitoring the employment of graduates of the institute, their further career growth; collection and registration of databases of graduates and databases of employers; organization of events to promote the employment of graduates of the institute (job fairs, career days, meetings with employers, alumni, consultations, etc.).
