Seminar on University Budget and Organization of Procurement

On February 9, 2023 the vice-rector for administrative and financial activities of «Abai KazNPU» NJSC Klara Isakova conducted a seminar «Planning the University Budget and Organization of Procurement» for the heads of departments and employees involved in the formation of the university budget and the organization of procurement.

During the event the participants listened to one of the series of lectures on financial literacy, got acquainted with the principles and algorithms of budget planning, the order of improving budgeting, the algorithm of the budgeting process, the involvement of paid services, etc.

Seminar topics regarding the functional activities of «Abai KazNPU» NJSC are formed based on the results of a survey among the university`s employees.
