Abai University lecturer - Project Manager for the protection of children`s rights

Senior lecturer at the Institute of History and Law of Abai University Rakhimova Gakku Nurlanovna, who is the holder of grant funding for research of young scientists for 2022-2024 under the project «Zhas Galym», directs a very important project for the country «Research of problems of legal regulation of education, the system of protection of children`s rights in Kazakhstan». Scientific consultant - Doctor of Law, Professor Zhanna Khamzina.

The aim of the project is to form, scientifically substantiate and clarify the mechanisms of legal regulation of education in Kazakhstan, the system of protection of children`s rights, as well as a comparative legal study of national and foreign legislation on the topic.

G.N.Rakhimova is a young talented and promising scientist. The priority direction of her scientific activity is research in the field of social sciences and humanities.
