Development Strategy Support Division is a structural subdivision of the Strategy Department of Abai KazNPU.

 The goal is to ensure the availability and updating of the University Development Strategy (Program).

Main directions:

- Coordination and control of the development and adjustment of the University Development Strategy (Program) and Plans for its implementation.

- Ensuring regular monitoring of the implementation of the University Development Strategy (Program) and Plans for its implementation.

Key Tasks:

- Coordination of the development and adjustment of the University Development Strategy (Program) and plans for its implementation;

- Collection and storage of data from structural divisions of the university on the implementation of the University Development Strategy (Program) and plans for its implementation;

- Preparation of regular reports on the results of the implementation of the Development Strategy (Program) and plans for its implementation.
