An online selection for the Republican Festival took place

On April 10, 2023, in honor of the 95th anniversary of the university, in order to develop the creative abilities of students and inculcate the spiritual values of young people, an online selection of participants in the festival "Student and Stage" was held.

At the qualifying stage, the vice-rector for social development of our university Nurlanov Shingys Nurlanuly Actor of the Kazakh State Academic Theater of Children and Youth named after G. Musyrepov Olzhas Sak, writer-playwright, employee of the literary department of the Kazakh National Drama Theater named after M. Auezov Zhaksylyk Muratbek judged.

In accordance with the decision of the jury, the student theater "8848" of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov, the student theater "Debut" of the Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy, the student theater "Murager" of the West Kazakhstan University named after M. Otemisov, the student theater "Orken" of South Kazakhstan University named after M.Auezov, student theater "Shabyt" of East Kazakhstan University named after Sarsen Amanzholov, "Dulati Youth Folk Theater from Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh. Dulaty.

On April 22 of this year, the student theaters that made it to the second round will test their skills on the stage of the traditional art theater "Alatau".
