OSCE representatives visited the Department of Primary Education

On May 4, 2023, representatives of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) visited the Department of Primary Education of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology on the EP "6B01304-Primary Education with Multilingualism". During the meeting, Associate Professor Stambekova Assel demonstrated the goals, objectives and prospects of this EP, Associate Professor Nurzhanova Sazhila spoke about the educational and methodological support of the department in the direction of "Primary education with multilingualism", acquainted with the educational and methodological complex, the features of teaching aids and dictionaries intended to work with multilingual groups. Senior lecturers Zhunusbekova Aziza and Tynyskhanova Aiym showed the following practical work of students as part of their educational activities: STEM & STEAM technologies (in English and Russian); Robotics (in Kazakh); Demonstration of the learning outcomes of students in the EP (in English).

Thus, detailed information about the work of the department and the above-mentioned educational program was given. The OSCE members shared their positive impressions and exchanged contacts for further cooperation.
