Universiade 2023

On June 24, 2023, the closing ceremony of the 12th Summer Universiade took place in Aktau. Competitions were held in 22 sports. More than 3,000 students from 60 universities across the country took part.

According to the results of the competition, the team of KazNPU named after Abai took the prize credit VI General place. The team was awarded the Cup and a certificate of honor for the 6th team place. Medals for the team were brought by sports - togyzkumalak, athletics, football, freestyle wrestling, Greek-Roman wrestling, Cossack kures, sambo, boxing, more than 160 athletes. There are 12 gold medals, 18 silver and 26 bronze medals in the treasury of the National Team of KazNPU named after Abai. 

The team was awarded a cup and a certificate of merit. Students of Abai KazNPU - winners and prize-winners - were awarded cups, medals and diplomas.
