Teachers of the Institute of Philology took part in an international conference in Poland

Teachers of the Department of Russian language and literature of the Institute of Philology S.D. Abisheva, D.A. Sabirova, S.K. Serikova, A.B. Umarova, A.S. Kazmagambetova, doctoral student G.A. Atembaeva took part in the International Conference "East-West: Dialogue of languages and cultures" in the Pomeranian Academy in Slupsk (Poland) on 29-30 June 2023. They made speeches on linguistics, problems of Russian literature in the period of exile, Slavic culture and literature. D. students M. B. Moldagali and A. Kirienko introduced the audience to their reports online.

One of the sections of this traditional conference was held at the Centre of Science and Culture of Abay, which was organized by Abai KazNPU on the basis of the mentioned foreign partner university.

At the plenary session of the conference, the delegation from Kazakhstan presented the Vice Rector of the Academy, Danuta Gerczyński, with a congratulatory address and a picture from Rector of Abai KazNPU Darhan Bilyalov.
