Excursion to the Botanical Garden of Almaty

Teachers of the Department of Geography and Ecology of the Institute of Natural Science and Geography of Abai KazNPU within the framework of the minor programme "Tourist and Excursion Management" conduct excursion practical classes in the city of Almaty. On 3-4 October 2023, teacher A.N.Beken conducted such a class for 3rd year students of OP "6B01201-Preschool Education and Upbringing" (Russian department) on the discipline "Excursion Management", OP "6B02109-Choreography" and "6B02302-Translation" on the discipline "Excursion Management" on the Main Botanical Garden of the country. During the event, the students received information about the history of the Botanical Garden and its research areas, saw the exposition and public areas, familiarised themselves with the process of conducting excursions to one of the most famous sights of the southern capital.
