Excursion to the Memorial Museum-Apartment of D.A.Kunayev

On October 11, 2023, teachers of the Department of Geography and Ecology of the Institute of Natural Science and Geography of the Abai KazNPU (A.N. Beken, A.S. Seilhan, A.T. Ashirbaeva) in the framework of the minor programme "Tourist Excursion Management" conducted an excursion to the memorial museum-apartment of Dinmuhamed Kunayev on the subject "Excursion Management" for students of the 3rd year of educational programmes "6B02109-Choreography", "6B01703-Two Foreign Languages" and "6B02302-Translation".

During the event students got acquainted with the biography of this outstanding statesman of Kazakhstan, estimated his contribution to the history of our country, as well as his role in the improvement of Almaty and other cities of the republic, received information about his works, examined personal belongings of D. Kunayev, testifying about that time. We believe that such excursions will awaken students` national consciousness, high civil position, enthusiasm for education and social work.
