The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken", commissioned by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, evaluates educational programs of Kazakhstani universities. The rating is compiled in order to evaluate educational programs of educational institutions in order to provide information to applicants and their parents, employers and educational institutions. This rating is based on 19 criteria, including: - target prospects of graduates; - indicators of educational programs; - achievements of students; - assessment of the content of education and general indicators of the university. "The rating methodology was adopted as a result of an open discussion with university experts and public figures. The rating is aimed primarily at protecting the interests of students who will immediately understand what career prospects open up to them after completing a particular university.
