Panel discussion for young specialists in the field of preschool education

On October 31, 2023, at the Department of Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Abai University, a panel discussion was held on the topic "The subject-developing environment is the key to personality formation", organized by doctoral students of the 3rd year of the specialty "Pedagogy of Preschool Education and Training". The event was attended by Deputy Director for Academic Affairs A.T.Akzholova, Head of the Department of Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy U.K.Kyakbayeva, as well as Head of the Department of Preschool Education and Upbringing of KazNWTTU A.M.Zhubandykova, faculty of the department, doctoral students, undergraduates and students of two universities.

In order to ensure the continuity of education levels with the establishment of links between the university and the preschool organization, heads, methodologists and young specialists of preschool organizations were invited. Teachers of preschool organizations were invited to form the professional competence of young specialists and an exhibition was organized to exchange experience in the application of innovative technologies.

The methodologist of the kindergarten "Yerkem-ai Almaty" S.K.Oshakpaeva told about the structural features of the subject developing environment and about the principles, requirements and methods of its creation. The head of the nursery-garden "Aseka Plus" of the village of Kyzyltu of Talgar district of Almaty region A.B.Tagaeva and the educator A.S.Kokenova made a report on the role of the subject developing environment in the socialization of children and presented the topic "Creation of the subject developing environment and its zoning".

The panel discussion ended with an intellectual competition. Students of the 4th year of Abai KazNPU and students of the 3rd year of KazNWTTU shared their knowledge. The main rounds of the intellectual event: the creation of a subject-developing environment, the preparation of author`s games, the construction of a "Kindergarten Model of the future". According to the results of the competition, the first place was taken by students of Abai KazNPU , II place - KazNWTTU students. The panel discussion has become an innovative platform for open ideas and new proposals.
