Abai KazNPU continues co-operation with research institutes

Today Abai KazNPU carries out joint work on the basis of cooperation agreements with 23 research organisations. As a result of such partnership, leading scientists of research institutes were included in the dissertation councils as official reviewers and supervisors of doctoral dissertations.

On 2 November 2023, the staff of the Institute of Linguistics named after A. Baitursynov E. Baitursynov was appointed as official reviewers and thesis directors. A. Baitursynov E. Maralbek and M. Kazybek met with the Rector of Abai KazNPU Bolat Tlep. Having congratulated him and the staff of the university on the 95th anniversary of the first higher education institution of the country, they presented a rare video found in the archives of Moscow (Russia). The video, shot in 1929, contains unique footage of the first academic building and the first students of our university.

In the course of the meeting the activities implemented on the basis of bilateral cooperation and further prospects were announced: implementation of integration scientific projects, development of joint educational programmes, training of scientific personnel.

The realisation of this plan will begin with the official visit of the University delegation to the A.Baitursynov Institute of Linguistics. Further exchange of experience will contribute to the development of scientific potential, competences and skills of staff and teaching staff in education of both sides.
