On November 24-25, 2025, the jubilee 80th scientific conference of students and masters degree candidates successfully concluded its work. The conference was held in accordance with the recommendations approved by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for organizing and conducting the annual competition of research works by students of higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The conference opened with welcoming remarks from the Head of the Department, Doctor of Political Sciences and Professor T.K. Auelgazina, who wished the participants success on their scientific path. The faculty members of the Department of Humanities of the Faculty of History and Law prepared their students and masters degree candidates and presented their reports. The engaging presentations marked the students first steps into the world of science. The diversity and relevance of the topics further increased the participants interest.

During the conference, masters students and undergraduate students shared their reflections in the fields of philosophy, religious studies, and cultural studies, demonstrating innovative thinking while mastering modern technologies.

Experienced faculty members of the department took part in the conference: Doctor of Philosophy and Professor D.U. Kusaiynov; Candidate of Philosophical Sciences and Associate Professor Zh.K. Madaliyeva; Candidate of Historical Sciences and Senior Lecturer K.T. Kashakbayeva; as well as PhD holders A.Sabitqyzy and T.M. Abylov. They contributed significantly to the meaningful and well organized conduct of the event. Scientific advisors played an important role in ensuring the academic depth and quality of the presentations. By asking thought provoking questions, they were able to fairly evaluate the participants work.

2nd place – (Zhangali Araylym, 5V01501 – Mathematics (IP), 2nd year, scientific advisor: Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Senior Lecturer Rakhimova G.D.)

3rd place – (Boshanov Arslan, 6V01504 – Physics (IP), 2nd year, scientific advisor: Master’s degree, Senior Lecturer Suleimenov A.M.)

3rd place – (Polat Gulstan, 6V02203 – Religious Studies and Politics, 2nd year, scientific advisor: PhD, Senior Lecturer Abylov T.T.)

3rd place – (Abzal Akpeil, Cultural Studies, 4th year, scientific advisor: Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Qashaqbayeva K.T.)
