Professor of Abai University is the winner of the Ayboz Prize

The National Award "Ayboz" is a unique project initiated by the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The aim is to support domestic writers and publishers from the state, to stimulate and promote representatives of new Kazakh literature and to promote the creation of quality works.

The National Literary Award, which is held for the second time this year, was held in 7 nominations. The winner, who became the best in each nomination, was awarded a reward of 5 million KZT.

Thus, at the awarding ceremony in the building of the Kazakh National Orchestra of Folk Instruments named after Kurmangazy in the nomination "Best Children`s Literature" the work "Concert" by the writer Serik Asylbekuly, professor of Abai University, was recognised as the best.
