The educational system of Japan and its experience in creating a culture of reading books among children

The Pedacademia and the Booklover (Readers Club) conducted a civic lecture on December 12-22, within the precincts of the Abai KazNPU. The lecture`s thematic focus revolved around "The Educational System of Japan and the Pedagogical Experience in Cultivating a Culture of Book Reading among Children". Serving as the keynote speaker was Kudaibergen Nurbol, a distinguished academician affiliated with the Literary and Art Institute named after M. Auezov, Ph.D.

The educational event drew participation from faculty members and students representing various academic institutions in the city of Almaty. The overarching objective of this symposium was to foster an acquaintance with Japan`s advanced educational paradigm and to assimilate the nuanced approaches employed in instilling a passion for literature among the younger demographic.
