Online meeting of pedagogical universities of Russia and Kazakhstan: discussion of digitalization of education

February 7, 2024 - Today, representatives of Abay University and Moscow City Pedagogical University held a successful online meeting to discuss strategies and experience in the field of digitalization of education. During the meeting, key aspects of the introduction of modern technologies into the educational process, as well as prospects for cooperation between educational institutions of the two countries were discussed.

Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Banu Mukhataevna Narbekova, Vice-Rector for Strategy and Internationalization Aigul Toleutaevna Iskakova, together with Vadim Valeryevich Grishkun, Professor of the Department of Digitalization of Education at Moscow State Pedagogical University, expressed a common understanding of the importance of integrating digital solutions into educational processes, especially in light of modern challenges and opportunities provided by new technologies. The discussion included experience in implementing online learning platforms, developing digital departments, as well as using artificial intelligence and data analytics to improve the quality of education and personalize the learning process.

The vice-rectors expressed their readiness for further cooperation and exchange of experience in the field of digitalization of education, and also agreed to create a working group to develop specific plans and projects in this area.

The online meeting ended with an exchange of contacts and an agreement on further steps for cooperation and implementation of joint projects.
