The winners of the Republican debate tournament "ATAMEKEN CUP XXI" have been determined

On February 24-25, 2024, the traditional Republican debate tournament "Atameken CUP XXI" of the intellectual debate club "Atameken" was held, organized by the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.

The purpose of the tournament is to promote the idea of patriotism and citizenship among students, increase their intellectual potential, oratory skills, critical thinking, expand the horizons of knowledge, form an active civic position, and develop the debate movement in the Republic.

The tournament was attended by 68 factions from 8 regions of the country, a total of 23 universities. The tournament was held in two leagues: the "teachers` League" for the senior champion of the debating world and the "disciples` League" for the next generation of debating world.

The judges of the two-day debate were representatives of the younger and older generations of the intellectual debate club "Atameken". As a result, the winners of the "league of teachers:

I place: Yergali Inkarov, Arhat Sarsenbayev, prize fund-250 000 tenge;

II place: Zhaken Nurkhan, Bakhytzhan Tamerlan, prize fund-150 000 tenge;

III place: Seitov Olzhas, Orazgali asset, prize fund - 70 000 tenge;

- Nomination" best attempt": Karimov Damir, Zholshybek Zhanserik, prize fund - 50 000 tenge;

- Nomination "Best Speaker": Zhaken Nurkhan, prize fund - 70 000 tenge;

- Nomination" Best Speaker": Nursultan Nursipat, prize fund - 50 000 tenge.

I place: Azamat Kanadillayev, Meyrenisu Adburashidova, prize fund-100 000 tenge;

II place: Berikbay Pearat, Zholdasbay Jansen, prize fund - 80 000 tenge;

- Nomination "Best Speaker": Zholshybek Zhanserik, prize fund - 50 000 tenge;

- Nomination "Best Speaker": Bakhytzhan Tamerlan, prize fund-30 000 tenge;

- Nomination "Best Judge": Aiganym Ganievna, prize fund - 70 000 tenge;

- Nomination" best guide": Aisagali Nursultan, prize fund - 30 000 tenge.

Also, the participants of the tournament were awarded special letters of thanks, the winners of the prizes were awarded diplomas and cups.
