The additional educational program of Abai Honors College in action

Within the framework of the State Budget of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an additional educational program Abai Honors College has been introduced into the educational process of Abai University since February 29, 2024 according to the project (IRN AR19677510) "Training qualified personnel for education through an academic excellence model of the Honors College type".

The educational program is aimed at teaching students of different specialties of multilingual groups of 1-4 courses who have been selected at Abai Honors College. The head of the project, Professor M.Absatova, teaches the course "Innovative teaching methods", the executor of the project is Master of Education Management Nurlanov Sh. He teaches an elective course "Leadership qualities of a teacher".

The first meetings with the students were very interesting, where the students tried to present their personal positions on the issues under consideration, watched video resources and worked in mini groups on the jamboard online board. The participants of the meeting became interested and set themselves up for further active assimilation of the courses.
