Abai University scientists held guest lectures at Gazi University

Within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation between Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and Gazi University (Turkey) from March 23 to March 25, 2024, teachers of the Department of Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, Head of the Department Ulbossyn Kyyakbayeva, Associate Professor Gulbanu Abitova, Acting Associate Professor Anar Alimbekova, Acting Associate Professor Assem Bulshekbayeva conducted guest lectures for 2-3 year students in the disciplines "Modern world systems of preschool education", "Methods of speech development of preschool children", "Family pedagogy", "Child Psychology".

During the lecture, the main directions of the development of the global preschool education system, modern trends in preschool education and development, new approaches to partnerships between preschool organizations and families were discussed. The scientists shared their methods and practical experience in a friendly atmosphere and aroused great interest among students in innovations in education.

Following the results of the guest lecture, the participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers and speakers for the very voluminous and useful content on the development of preschool education in Kazakhstan.

A meeting was organized with university scientists with the teaching staff of the department and with the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Professor Ebru Ersai, where they discussed educational programs at the Faculty of undergraduate, graduate, doctoral studies, analyzed issues of further cooperation in research work.

In addition, with the head of the Department of Preschool Education, Professor Ayshe Dilek, joint plans were discussed for online lectures by scientists of the department, conducting trainings and writing textbooks, textbooks, monographs on preschool education.

For the purpose of bilateral exchange of experience, a platform was organized for holding a master class at the kindergarten named after ZyubeydeKhanim. The head of the kindergarten shared the specifics of organizing the activities of preschool organizations in Turkey.
