15.04.2024 «The concept and panorama of the best practices of Action Research» in the collaboration of Abai KazNPU and NIS teachers
On April 11, 2024, as part of the Decade of Science-2024, the performers of the grant project AR14872311 «Theory and technology of the development of research activity of university teachers based on the integration of informal forms of research into practice, such as Action Research» organized a festival of ideas on the theme «The concept and panorama of the best practices of Action Research». The director of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, c.p.s., associate professor G.A.Abayeva and Director of the Department of International Cooperation PhD, acting associate Prof. B.O. Sapargaliyeva made welcoming remarks. The project leader is research professor A.E.Berikkhanova presented the «Concept of increasing the research activity of teaching staff based on Action Research», shared the possibilities and prospects of institutional support for Action Research.
An invited team of creative teachers from ChB NIS consisting of D.K.Baidildinova M.A.Mukanova, B.L.Kausbayeva, A.J.Baizhumanova, R.A.Iskakova, A.H.Khalitova, J.J.Mukanova, J.K.Mukashova and young scientists of Abai university PhD Raiymbekova Indira and postdoctoral fellow Zhunusbekova Aziza presented their research insights on Action Research in the poster gallery. At the festival of ideas, the speakers shared valuable experience of informal research conducted within the framework of the disciplines taught, with the integration of pedagogical science and practice, with optimal solutions and results. At the end of the festival, the prospects for further cooperation of Abaiuniversity and NIS were discussed constructive feedback from the participants of the festival was heard and certificates were awarded to the speakers. The teaching staff of the University, young scientists, doctoral students of Abai university expressed interest in research on Action Research and expressed a desire to increase their research activity.
