Plenary session and Section meetings of the II International Scientific and practical conference

On 16th of May, 2024 the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Natural Sciences and geography organized a plenary session and Section meetings of the III International Scientific and practical conference "Modern aspects of Chemical Science and chemical education: theory and practice" dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor, academic of IAI and KNANS, N.Bektenov and Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Corresponding member of the RNA G.І.Meiirova. The participants are foreign and сountry scientists, young scientists, undergraduates and doctoral students. Plenary sessions and breakout sessions were held in a mixed format (offline and online).

The conference was held in the following four sections:

Section 1. Features of the development of Chemical Science in the XXI century

Section 2. Theory and methods of teaching and upbringing in the modern educational space

Section 3. The state of teaching fundamental disciplines in high school

Section 4. Сurrent state and prospects of Chemical Education in college and universities

During the event, reports of foreign and local speakers were heard and experience was exchanged, more than 100 reports were heard. The plenary and breakout sessions of the conference were held at a high level.
