Abai University teachers became holders of the "Bolashaq" scholarship

By decision of the Republican Commission, 33 Kazakhstanis were awarded grants for scientific internships in key areas for the economy at the world`s leading scientific and research centers. Among them, two teachers from the Department of Russian Language and Literature at the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai were awarded the «Bolashaq» scholarship.

The scholarship holders, Senior Lecturer, Candidate of Philological Sciences Gulnur Baishukurova and Senior Lecturer Dr. Zhanakul Sametova, will undergo scientific internships at one of the TOP public universities in the USA, the University of California, Davis, which is ranked among the TOP 30 prestigious universities in America.
