The expanded meeting of the republican educational and methodological association in the field of education "Pedagogical Sciences" was held

On September 13, 2024, in the city of Shymkent, the expanded meeting of the educational and methodological association in the field of education "Pedagogical Sciences" was held at the South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University named after Ozbekali Zhanibekov.

The Majilis was attended by Gulzhan Dzharasova, Vice-Chairman of the Higher and Post-Higher Education Committee of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Banu Narbekova, Vice-Rector for Academic Activities of KazNPU, Deputy Chairman of the Educational-Methodological Association, Bolatbek Abdrasilov, director of the National Test Center, Gulnara Salmenova, director of the Teach For Kazakhstan public fund, Nursulu Suleymenova, project manager of BMG UpSkill, Karlygash Zholdasova, regional representative of Khamk University, and representatives of pedagogical universities took part. Also, representatives of foreign universities took part in the event, in particular Anastasia Vlahou, professor of inclusive education at the National Kapodostrian University of Athens, representative of the Pedagogical School at Hamk University, Maaret Viskari, director of the KZEMP/DS-02 project.

At the extended meeting, the speakers discussed the results of the pilot implementation of 30 new innovative IP education programs for teacher training. Current issues of pedagogical education in Kazakhstan and the world, the progress of pedagogical science in the Republic, the use of innovative methods in the training of pedagogical staff in higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan were raised and thoroughly discussed through the exchange of views.
