A master-class on the topic «Fundamentals of communication and conflict management» was held

On September 17, 2024, the Psychological Support Service organized a l master-class on the topic «Fundamentals of communication and conflict management» within the framework of the project «Mediation of zhane mediativtik kuzyrettik, zhanzhaldagi minez-kulik».

The main purpose of the master-class is to help students develop an understanding of the key principles of effective communication, to master conflict management methods and techniques, to strengthen the skills of active listening and dialogue, contributing to the improvement of interpersonal relations. Adaev Mukhtar, an expert trainer, professional mediator of the Parasat Mediation and Law Center, gave a master-class and shared his knowledge with the students.

This master-class contributed to the formation of important professional and personal skills among students, such as the ability to negotiate, find compromises and create a favorable atmosphere for teamwork. Many stressed that the acquired knowledge and techniques will help them in their further educational and work activities, as well as in their personal lives.

The event was attended by about 40 students of the Faculty of Philology. They were able to ask their questions and get comprehensive answers.
