Abai University strengthened cooperation with the Kazakh State Academic Philharmonic named after Zhambyl

On September 23, 2024, Abai KazNPU held a ceremony of signing a memorandum of cooperation with the Kazakh State Academic Philharmonic named after Zhambyl. The event was organized by the Department of Social Development and Youth Policy.

During the event Maksat Zhakauov, Vice-Rector for Social Development of Abai KazNPU, and Iskayyr Abakhanov, Deputy Director of Zhambyl Kazakh State Academic Philharmonic Society, signed the Memorandum aimed at developing cultural and socially creative abilities of the university students.

The main goal of the partnership is the joint realization of projects aimed at the development of national values through effective cooperation in the field of culture. The important priorities are to stimulate the development of Kazakh culture by popularizing creativity and revealing the interests of university students to art. It is planned to implement joint mass cultural programs and projects.

We are confident that cooperation with the Kazakh State Academic Philharmonic named after Zhambyl will increase the interest of Abai University students in national and world culture and art, as well as strengthen their connection with national values.
