"In harmony with nature" а social therapeutic action

On September 25, 2024, under the guidance of associate Professor G.K.Shirinbaeva, volunteer students of 1-2 courses of the specialty "6B01801-Social Pedagogy", "6B03111-Training of a practical psychologist", "6B03104-Political Science", "6B04205-International Law" conducted socio-educational activities in the socio-pedagogical and cultural-educational directions of the Meirim club. Therapeutic campaign "In harmony with nature" for people with disabilities of the YERZI social rehabilitation center in Almaty. A field trip to nature took place for people with disabilities in the Severny Park, located behind the KBTU building, in order to strengthen health and restore the functional resources of the body reduced during rehabilitation. The cultural and educational work of the volunteers was carried out in a complex of correctional and developmental games individually and in groups using art-therapeutic elements (immersion in the natural environment, observation of trees, flowers, research of natural phenomena and natural forces, bird sounds, foliage noise, etc.). In this atmosphere of merging with nature, the volunteers embodied in their creative works, kind-hearted songs, energetic dances and a flash mob. An active form of work with the function of psychological relaxation carried out in nature was useful for volunteers, as well as for people who want to find harmony with nature and themselves. At the end of the event, best wishes were expressed to the active groups identified in the creative work.
