Representatives of Abai University in Copenhagen at the annual European Teacher Education Network Meeting

Representatives of Abai University, Director of Science Department U.M. Abdigapbarova (ECO) and Young Scientist, teacher of the Russian language and literature Department M. Moldagali (co-ECO), at the annual European Teacher Education Network Meeting at University College Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark.

The meeting was attended by more than 80 people from more than 60 member universities. During the event the issues of student and teacher mobility in the context of the ETEN programme, the organisation of International Week, as well as the process of implementing international projects were discussed.

Also, attended a workshop on Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL), aimed at organising international collaborative online courses for students from different universities, with a focus on internationalisation. The relevance and importance of the method was discussed, as well as how to implement it. In addition, a visit was organised to the PlayLab, where students from University College Copenhagen learn how to apply play technology in practice, with the possibility to invite children from pre-schools as well as primary and secondary school students.
