Meeting with deans, heads of departments and doctoral students of faculties

From October 7 to 10, 2024, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation Yertai Sultan and staff of the Department of Science met personally with the deans of faculties and heads of departments of Abai University and PhD students.

During the meeting, he spoke about the changes made to the order of The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 18, 2024 №352 concerning the awarding of the degree of Doctors of Philosophy (PhD), information on Lists 1, 2 and 3 in the list of scientific publications, familiarized with the prepared roadmap concerning the timely protection of doctoral students.  

The recommendations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on participation in grant financing projects "Zhas Galim" for 2025-2027 and grant financing for scientific and (or) scientific and technical projects were also given. At the end of the meeting, representatives of the Department of Science answered all the questions that interested the heads of departments and doctoral students.
