The project «Journey to the museums of Almaty» has been completed

From September 16 to October 16, 2024, the project «Journey to the museums of Almaty», organized by the Hakim Abai National Educational Center and the Orazala Dosbosynov School of Young Poets, was completed.

The aim of the project is to acquaint students from remote regions with the spiritual and material values of Almaty, which have accumulated a rich history, valuable culture and noble spirituality, strengthen the cultural potential of students, cultivate personal and civic qualities, and form a culture of visiting the museum for young viewers.

As a result, for almost a month, 3,050 students visited seven museums, namely: the Museum of the History of the city of Almaty, the Museum of Folk Musical Instruments named after Ykyllasa D. A. Museum.

As a result, during the month, 3050 students visited seven museums that are part of the «Association of Museums of the City of Almaty», namely the Museum of the History of the city of Almaty, the Museum of Folk Musical Instruments named after. Ykylas, the D.A. Kunaev Museum, the N.Tlendiev Memorial Museum, the S. Mukanov and G. Musrepov Literary and Memorial Museum Complex and got acquainted with the expositions of the multimedia center for traditional music, the Akhmet Baitursynov House Museum.

It should be noted that within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation between the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai and the Department of Culture of Almaty and on the basis of a bilateral joint work plan, students entered museums with a forty percent discount.
