The International Psychological Center «YOUMAY» held a practical seminar with graduate students

A practical seminar was held on October 21, 2024 with 4th-year students of «EP 6B03111 - Training of a practical psychologist»  at the Department of General and Applied Psychology on the topic: «Features of psychological support for cancer patients» The practical seminar was organized by senior teachers of the Departments of General and Applied Psychology, Candidate of Psychological Sciences Abisheva Elmira Dauletovna, Nadirbekova Aisha Oyykbayevna. The seminar was conducted by: oncopsychologists of the International Psychological Center «YOOUMAY» - Dinara Serikbaevna Dyusenbaeva, head of the center and oncopsychologist, and Sanam Akhatova, a master`s student of KazNPU EP «7M03118 -Health Psychology with the Basics of Psychotherapy».

The International Psychological Center «YOOUMAY» is the first and only international oncopsychological center in Kazakhstan, created by Natalia Pan, which combines psychological support for cancer patients, their families and medical personnel with active scientific work. The center not only provides assistance based on the latest scientific data, but also contributes to the global understanding of the psychology of the fight against oncology.

The «YOOUMAY» center is also actively involved in developing innovative psychological rehabilitation programs aimed at improving the quality of patients life at all stages of treatment and recovery.
