Types of management. Stress management: the importance of strategic planning, its functions and methods

Anar Alimbekova, Associate Professor of the Department of Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy, Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, Abai KazNPU, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), gave an open lecture for 4th year students of the specialty "6b01801 - Social Pedagogy and Self-knowledge". The lecture on the discipline" stress management in social pedagogical activity " was attended by the head of the Department of preschool education and social pedagogy Ulbosyn Kyakbaeva and professor Aksaule Mankesh, doctoral student Zhanna Asankanova, as well as associate professor Kulmiskhan Abdreimova from the Department of pedagogy and psychology.

The purpose of the open lecture was to expand students` knowledge in the field of management, develop skills in managing stress through time management, self-management, and stress management, teach the prevention of professional burnout in their future careers, and promote experience exchange among the faculty members.
