79th Scientific Conference of Students of the Department of Russian Language and Literature

The Department of Russian Language and Literature at Abai KazNPU successfully held the 79th scientific conference for students, master`s, and doctoral students. More than 100 participants took part in the event, which was conducted in two formats: offline and online, with participants distributed across thematic rooms.

The conference featured five sections:

1. "Current Issues in Linguistics";

2. "Current Issues in Literary Studies";

3. "Methodology of Teaching Russian Language and Literature";

4. "Russian Language in Professional and Specialized Fields";

5. "Current Issues in Linguistics and Literary Studies" (Master`s and Doctoral Programs).

Each section included about 15 presentations, covering a wide range of topics. The participants were not limited to students from the Department of Russian Language and Literature; students from other fields, guided by their Russian language instructors, also took part. Students from all courses participated in the conference but first-year students stood out, confidently beginning their scientific journey with remarkable presentations.

At the conclusion of the sections, winners were announced. Those who secured first place earned the opportunity to represent their research at the Republican Scientific Research Competition.
