Digital Ustaz Almaty -2021: inspiring students by bringing technology together

Teachers are invited to take part in the First City Teachers Competition for the Akim Award «Digital Ustaz Almaty». Winning this professional competition will enable the best participant to receive a grant for educational intensive training in Finland.

Teachers of all subjects from grades 1-12 with at least one year of teaching experience in public and private educational institutions in Almaty are eligible to apply.

Deadline for applications: until October 1, 2021 on the official website of the project https://digitalustazalmaty.kz

As part of the competition, master classes, webinars, live streaming with the best international digital education experts will be held on a weekly basis for all participants.

In addition, those who register for the competition before 20 September will be able to participate in the drawing of a laptop, which will be held live on air by means of a randomizer.

«Digital Ustaz Almaty» is a special project for educators organised by Almaty Akimat, the Nursultan Nazarbayev Education Foundation and Institute of Development of Modern Education EdCrunch Academy with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the general partner - publishing house «AlmatyKitap Baspasy. The event is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
