Meeting with representatives of the editorial boards of the scientific journals of Abai KazNPU

On 15 May, 2018, the Director of the Department of Science Sayabek Sakhiyev held a regular meeting with the chief editors and responsible secretaries of scientific journals of Abai KazNPU.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss topical issues related to the work of the editorial boards of scientific journals and ways to solve them.

The chief editors of six experimental scientific journals presented a development plan and an estimate of expenditures for 2018. There were discussed the costs, related to the preparation of documents for the inclusion of journals in the list recommended by the Committee for Control in the Sphere of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

A single electronic database will be created in the future. The participants of the meeting decided that, the Department of Science employees, editors-in-chief and secretaries will hold similar meetings after publication of each issue of journals.
