Ceremonial presentation of certificates on indexation of 4 scientific publications of NAS of RK

On 15 May 2018, at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan a ceremony of awarding certificates on the indexation of the following 4 publications was held: "Bulletin of NAS RK"; "News of NAS RK. Series of Chemistry and Technology "; "News of NAS RK. Series of Physics and Mathematics"; "News of NAS RK. Series of geology and engineering sciences ", entered into the database of the international company Clarivate Analytics.

President of NAS RK Murat Zhurinov, representative of Clarivate Analytics (USA, Philadelphia) for Russia and CIS Oleg Utkin, chairman of the Department of Social and Human Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, rector of Abai KazNPU Takir Balykbayev, rector of Satpaev KazNITU Iskander Beisembetov, rector of KazNAU Tlektes Espolov.

In 2016, a journal "News of NAS RK". Series of Geology and Technical Sciences was indexed into the international Scopus database. This is the first scientific journal among academic publications of the academies of sciences of the republics of Central Asia, indexed in this authoritative international database. This year, it entered into the Clarivate Analytics database. Currently, at the stage of consideration and inclusion in the Clarivate Analytics database are the journals "News of NAS RK. Series of Social Sciences and Humanities","News of NAS RK. Series of Agrarian Sciences","News of NAS RK. Biological and Medical Series "and" Reports of NAS RK ".

Since 1946, 8 scientific journals ("Reports of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Bulletin of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "News of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan., Biological and Medical Series", "News of NAS RK., Physics and Mathematics Series", "News of NAS RK. Geology and Engineering Sciences", "News of NAS RK, Series of Chemistry and Technology ","News of the NAS of the RK, Series of Social Sciences and Humanities ","News of NAS RK., Series of Agricultural Sciences ") in the 60s and 70s of the last century entered into the international register of highly rated scientific journals and are the face of Kazakhstan`s science. Since 1960, they are sent to the major national libraries of 73 foreign countries: the USA, Great Britain, Germany, France, Japan, etc.
