Results of the II round

Republican subject Olympiad «Abay syi 2018»

On April 7 - 8, 2018, at Abai KazNPU the 2nd round of the annual Republican subject Olympiad «Abay syi 2018» was held for the third time.

1099 applications were submitted and online registered for participation in the Republican subject Olympiad.

Out of 1099 schoolchildren 535 schoolchildren passed the 2nd round of the Republican subject Olympiad «Abay syi 2018». 135 participants (123 - with the Kazakh language of instruction, 12 schoolchildren - with the Russian language) arrived for the 2nd round of the Olympiad, held at Abai KazNPU.

The second round of the Republican subject Olympiad was attended by students from Almaty and 8 regions of Kazakhstan. The distribution of participants by region, which they represented, is as follows:

- South Kazakhstan oblast - 53 pupils;

- Almaty region - 18 pupils;

- Almaty - 16 pupils;

- Zhambyl region - 10 pupils;

- from other regions - 38 pupils.

The Republican subject Olympiad «Abay syi 2018» is held in 11 subjects. The greatest number of schoolchildren participated in competitions in biology (23 pupils), mathematics (20 pupils), chemistry (18 pupils).

The winners of the 2nd round of the Republican subject Olympiad «Abay syi 2018» were awarded with diplomas of 1 degree (12 pupils), diplomas of 2 degrees (16 pupils), diplomas of 3 degrees (16 pupils). 91 pupils were awarded a 10% discount for 1 year of study in the 2018 - 2019 school year.
