Round table "Modern Pedagogical Technologies in Education: Traditions and Innovations"

On 20 June, 2018, at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University at the faculty for foreign citizens and pre-university training (Fоundation) was held a round table on the theme: "Modern pedagogical technologies in education: traditions and innovations", dedicated to the anniversary of the doctor of pedagogical sciences, Professor Saule Begaliyeva.

The vice-rector for scientific work and international cooperation of Abai KazNPU Aktolkyn Kulsariev, the consul of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the deputy head of the Representative Office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Almaty Irina Pereverzeva, the doctor of business administration (DBA), the director of the International Kazakh-Chinese language College Talgat Mamyrov, professor of KazNU named after Al-Farabi Zhanar Nurshaikhova, doctor of psychological sciences, vice-rector of the Central Asian University Marzhan Ahmetova, acting. head. Chair of the Russian Language of the Women`s Pedagogical University Aigul Onalbayeva, as well as representatives of the KazIR and WL named after Abylai Khan, the Institute of Philology and multilingual Education and the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of KazNPU.

Within the framework of the round table, the participants discussed modern problems of innovative education and noted the special contribution of the jubilee to the development of pedagogical technologies in the republic. The moderator of the round table candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor Togzhan Aytkazina noted that Saule Begalieva is actively engaged in research activities, has publications in Kazakhstan and foreign scientific publications. Saule Begaliyeva prepared and published more than 160 scientific works, 12 textbooks and one electronic textbook for general schools recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 3 manuals recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the specialties of the "Education" group, 15 teaching aids recommended by the Academic Council of KazNPU named after Abai, 5 methodological recommendations. Her scientific works are published in Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Czech Republic, Greece, South Korea, Italy, Vietnam, India. She has published 18 articles in scientific journals with a high citation index.

In her speech, the pro-rector Aktolkyn Kulsarieva congratulated all those present with significant dates in the life of the university, Saule Bayazovna and the department: the 60th anniversary of the jubilee, the 25th anniversary of her continuous teaching experience at KazNPU named after Abai, the 25th anniversary of the department of philological specialties for foreign citizens and pre-university training , which is headed by Begalieva SB, finally, the 90th anniversary of KazNPU named after Abai.

Irina Pereverzeva thanked the Department of Philological Specialties for foreign citizens and pre-university training for successful cooperation with the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Kazakhstan and noted the high contribution of Saule Begaliyeva to the development of innovative teaching technologies.

At the end of the round table, all participants received special certificates.
