China and Kazakhstan University Rector`s Cooperation Dialogue

Between 25th and 29th July, 2018 Abai KazNPU Senior Vice-Rector Prof.Maktagali Bektemessov participated in the "China- Kazakhstan University Rector`s Cooperation Dialogue" within The 11th China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week in Guizhou province (China), hosted by the support of Consulate General China in Kazakhstan.

The trip aim was mutual experience exchange in higher education and expanding academic and research collaboration of ASEAN countries, China and officially invited countries: Kazakhstan, Russia and Switzerland.

During the Dialogue top-administration of Higher Education settings discussed the opportunities of building and expanding mutual collaboration in education and research, also they considered proposals of perspective partnerships in two-diploma programmes of Bachelor and Master programmes, student mobility and research traineeships of students Ma and PhD.

The meeting finalised with signing MoU`s between Abai KazNPU and Nanjing Normal Pedagogical University, School of International Education in Tianjin Polytechnic University (China), that provide researchers and PhD students exchange, teachers excellence, experience exchange in innovative approaches of development, hosting joint symposiums, workshops and conferences, leading research projects. In perspectives parties intend to sign Bilateral Agreement.
