Economist

The main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

- Methods of financial analysis and planning;

- Principles and procedures for income and expenditure accounting.

Main job responsibilities:

- Drawing up income and expenditure estimates;

- To compile and calculate the cost of tuition, hostel accommodation, norms, limits and other services provided by the University;

- Compilation of staffing schedules and calculations;

- Budgeting of the University;

- Drawing up budget requests.

Travel on business trips:

Education:

Higher financial, economic education.

Professional experience required (duration, field, other)

At least 1 year of work experience in the financial and economic field.

Professional competencies:

Analytical skills (to make forecasts on the basis of available data).

Personal competences and qualities:

Ability to work in a team, responsiveness and a desire for excellence in their profession.

Knowledge of languages, including the national language (list of languages the candidate should be proficient in)

Kazakh and Russian, knowledge of English will be an advantage.

Computer skills:

Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, 1C.
